An archive picture of the old high school that sat where the current cafetorium
now resides. Having never seen this building (I graduated in '81),
I never knew it had even existed until my brother Tom told me about it
a year or two ago!
Archive close-up photo of the front doors to the old high school
Archive picture showing relationship of old high school to the
"new" high school. It appears that the front of the building
faced Lewis Ave., which kind of makes sense, since that's the
direction the town was.
This photo shows the same scene as it looks today. The cafetorium
now resides in place of the old high school.
Archive photo of first basketball game ever held in the new gym back in 1966.
This shows the gym as it looks today.
Cool photo of collection of old cornerstone faces from previous school
buildings now being displayed next to the north cafetorium entrance.
Picture of west side of the cafetorium. This is approximately where
the front of the old high school was located.
Picture of the inside of the cafetorium. I remember attending a
pretty good rock concert in here, put on by some small time band
back around 1980.
Archive photo of unfinished library in the new high school, circa 1965.
The person in the background MAY be a crew cutted Hugh Shilliday, if
my memory of pictures in my older brother's year books serves me
correctly.
Archive photo of the band room BEFORE being christened.
The band room as it looks today, after many, many
years of reed squeaks and flatted notes.
