C'mon all you motorheads from Ida!
Why don't you submit a favorite photo of YOUR classic
ride of IHS cruisin' year of yore, or that mid-life crisis hotrod
of today?
.BMP, .GIF, .JPG files via email attachments are encouraged. No access to a scanner? No problem. Just send me the photo and a postage paid, self addressed return envelope, and I'll scan it in for free. Don't forget some pertinent info about your ride as well. And.... keep the specs honest. Heh heh.
Snailmail photos to:
the return envelope! I want to make sure you get your priceless heirloom back! |

Ben says: "I didn't think I had any pixs of my early cars but then I saw this,
it's not mine but an ad photo of one just like mine. 283, power pack, stick
shift. Of all my cars I guess this is the one I remember most fondly.
I think the 56 chevs might have been the first muscle cars. I had just
gone through the exercise of transplanting a 50 oldsmobile engine into
a 34 chevy and here was a car right off the show room that you could go
out and melt the tires off. Beat the crap out of the 34 and I didn't
have to do anything to it, not right away anyway."

a few of the originals
James sent me were the size of postage stamps.
Hey James.... next time
try standing a little CLOSER to your ride... okay?!?!?
*grin* )

Yes, it's a real 5.0. The 5.0 emblems were in the process
of being swapped over to the classic running horse emblems.
Ever hear of a 'sleeper'?
